Meet Dr. Reynard

Dr. Reynard is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in laser vision correction.  Since Dr. Reynard founded the Clear Vision Center in 1984, he has provided thousands of patients from all over the world the finest eye care in a state-of-the-art center equipped with the latest technology.  He performed the first refractive keratotomy at Saint John's Hospital in Santa Monica.  Dr. Reynard has invented and patented laser instruments for eye surgery that have been approved by the FDA and licensed by major eye surgical companies in America.

Dr. Reynard has served as an associate commissioner of the Medical Board of California.  He is on clinical faculty at UCLA where he teaches eye surgery.  He has numerous scientific publications related to treatment and surgery of the eye.  Dr. Reynard has performed over 20,000 ophthalmic surgical procedures and is regarded as one of the leading ophthalmic surgeons in America.  Dr. Reynard's academic research has been incorporated into the teaching manuals of Harvard University and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
